Jeremy Ausmus Third to Reach 100 Career PGT Cashes
The NAPT Las Vegas kicked off from Resorts World Las Vegas on Monday, November 3, with an action-packed schedule featuring eight PGT-qualifying events. Alongside millions of dollars in prize money, players can also win a Dream Seat and advance to the PGT $1,000,000 Championship if they can top the NAPT Las Vegas Dream Seat Leaderboard.
Cherish Andrews is the early frontrunner on the leaderboard after claiming her first PGT title in Event #5: $10,300 No-Limit Hold'em Mystery Bounty. Andrews topped the 84-entrant field to win $111,300 in prize money, $220,000 in bounties, 111 PGT points, and the NAPT Las Vegas Spade trophy. Andrews now climbs to more than $4,066,000 in lifetime tournament earnings, according to The Hendon Mob, after winning her 10th career title.
Andrews is having a career year on the felt with more than $1,381,000 in earnings - more than $550,000 from her previous best year in 2024. For the 2025 PGT season, Andrews moves to 149th on the PGT leaderboard with 364 PGT points and seven cashes for $385,729 in PGT earnings. Although she is more than 100 places outside of the Top 40, she currently leads the NAPT Las Vegas Dream Seat Leaderboard, which allows her to advance directly into the PGT $1,000,000 Championship, held on January 12-13, 2026. If results in the remaining seven PGT-qualifying events at NAPT Las Vegas fall her way, she'll be able to compete in the season-ending event where $500,000 awaits the 2025 PGT $1,000,000 Championship winner.
The 84-entrant field paid the final 11 players, with more than half the prize pool set aside for the mystery bounties that began at the start of Day 2, with all 11 players in the money. Chino Rheem was the first elimination and closed the gap on Sam Soverel, who is second on the PGT leaderboard after cashing for his season-leading 29th time. Landon Tice finished ninth and moved to 75th on the PGT Leaderboard, while Cary Katz finished eighth and is now 96th on the PGT leaderboard. Clemen Deng's fifth-place finish pushed him to 174th on the PGT leaderboard, while overnight chip leader Sam Laskowitz fell in fourth and is now 76th on the PGT leaderboard. David Coleman rose to 69th on the PGT leaderboard with his third-place finish, and Nick Petrangelo finished runner-up to Andrews and is 246th on the PGT leaderboard.
