All three satellites will be held in the ARIA Poker Room from September 7 to 9, beginning at 1 p.m. PT. The buy-in for the satellites is $560, and players can win a seat into the opening $5,100 buy-in event of the Poker Masters. Previous winners of the Poker Masters include Stephen Chidwick (2023), Sean Winter (2022), Michael Addamo (2021), Sam Soverel (2019), and Steffen Sontheimer (2017). The favorites to make a run at winning the 2024 Poker Masters all sit in the current top ten of the PGT leaderboard. Jesse Lonis (3rd), Daniel Negreanu (4th), Jeremy Ausmus (5th), and Aram Zobian (6th) will all enter the 2024 Poker Masters as the betting favorites to being awarded the Purple Jacket. David Coleman (8th) and Kristen Foxen (10th) cannot be excluded from consideration as they've put together strong first-half season campaigns on the PGT, and will be both looking at making a run at becoming the PGT Player of the Year.
Every event of the 2024 Poker Masters is a two-day event, with Day 1 playing down to the final table. Day 2 will see the final six players return to the PokerGO Studio to conclude the event and crown a champion.
