The PGT PLO Series continued with Event #6: $10,000 Mixed PLO / PLO8 / Big O and players flocked to the felt for the Omaha assortment at the PokerGO Studio at ARIA Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, NV.

Tyler Brown (4,010,000) holds the overnight chip lead after having had an overwhelming lead over the rest of the field for the majority of the latter half of the day. Dylan Weisman (2,640,000) and Jim Collopy (2,525,000) are the closest contenders and are fairly even in chips. Next up on the leaderboard is Maxx Coleman (925,000), while George Wolff (350,000) and Matt Vengrin (300,000) sit at the bottom with under ten big blinds.

The 86-entrant field created a total prize pool of $860,000 which paid out the top 13 places. Chipleader Brown went on a rampage as the bubble neared and knocked out several players in a short span of time, including Yuval Bronshtein, Adam Hendrix, and Billy O'Neil. Brown then eliminated Robert Cowen on the money bubble while playing Big O and held more than 35% of the chips in play when 13 players remained.

Jason Mercier (13th - $17,200) picked up his first cash of the series, Jordan Spurlin (12th - $17,200) picked up his fourth cash of the series and third consecutive, and Event #4 winner Sean Troha (11th - $25,800) picked up a third cash and added to his lead on the PGT PLO Series leaderboard.

Alex Foxen (10th - $25,800), Josh Arieh (9th - $34,400), and Eli Elezra (8th - $34,400) all made it into the money but were eliminated before seven players converged on the final table. George Wolff doubled through Dylan Linde (7th - $43,000) to leave the latter short-stacked, and Linde was soon eliminated on a Big O hand, while the six remaining players bagged and tagged for the night.

The final six players return at 12 p.m. PT tomorrow where they will play down to a winner. Currently, players are guaranteed at least $51,600, but all are eyeing the first-place prize of $206,400 and the 206 PGT points which will be used to determine the PGT PLO Series champion who will receive the PGT Trophy and a $25,000 championship bonus. PGT points will also be used for the year-long leaderboard which will qualify players for the end-of-year PGT Championship $1,000,000 freeroll.
