The 2026 PGT season continued with Event #3: $5,100 No-Limit Hold'em of PGT Kickoff, with Andrew Moreno winning his third career PGT title. Moreno topped the 159-entrant field and earned $162,300 in prize money and 366 PGT points.
This was Moreno's 16th career PGT cash, while his other two PGT wins came in Event #3 of the 2025 Poker Masters and in the 2021 Wynn Millions Main Event. Moreno now has amassed more than $2,677,000 in career PGT earnings.
PGT Kickoff Event #3: $5,100 No-Limit Hold'em attracted a 159-entrant field, trumping both Event #1 and Event #2 to become the new second-largest field for a $5,000 buy-in in PGT history. It only trails the 177-entrant field from Event #1 of the 2025 PokerGO Cup.
Justin Saliba was eliminated on the money bubble while Clemen Deng, Daniel Sepiol, Natalie Ferguson, Paulina Loeliger, Dan Shak, Daniel Maor, Chino Rheem, John Riordan, Joe Serock, Matthew Wantman, Ping Liu, Craig Mason, Max Hovenden, Yifu He, and Erik Seidel all finished in the money.
Joao Simao and David Coleman were the chip leaders entering the final table as Stephen Song was the first casualty. He was followed out the door by Jared Jaffee, before Brandon Wilson parlayed his first event of the series into a fifth-place finish. Joao Simao was eliminated in fourth place before Coleman exited in third. Jim Collopy and Andrew Moreno struck a deal before play continued. Collopy was searching for his third career PGT title, and took the advantage early in the match before Moreno fought back and then pulled ahead to claim the victory.
Moreno earned his third career PGT title, the PGT Gold Cup, $162,300 in prize money, and 366 PGT points.
