The PGT season rolls on in 2026 with its second series of the season as PGT Mixed Games took center stage in the PokerGO Studio at ARIA Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. It was another PGT Mixed Games first-timer who emerged victorious, as Ryan Hoenig won Event #3: $10,200 T.O.R.S.E. for his second career PGT title.

Hoenig earned $232,400 in prize money and 232 PGT points to move to the top of the PGT Mixed Games leaderboard. According to The Hendon Mob, this was Hoenig's third-largest career score and second-biggest win of his career following his WSOP 2025 $10k Dealer's Choice Championship win for $354,444. Hoenig now moves to 14th on the Colorado All-Time Money List with more than $1,773,000 in lifetime tournament earnings.

The third event of PGT Mixed Games attracted 83 entrants in its first-ever T.O.R.S.E. event. The final 12 players would be in the money, and Day 2 ended with ten players remaining after Ariel Mantel and Phil Hui were eliminated in the money. The eliminations flew quickly to start Day 2 as Ken Aldridge, Michael Wolff, and Chris Wallace were all eliminated prior to the final table being set, as Dylan Weisman held a slight chip lead over Hoenig.

Dara Taherpour finished in seventh place for his second cash of the series before Paul Houvener exited in sixth place. Weisman was bounced in fifth place before Koji Fujimoto followed him out the door. Qinghai Pan was eliminated in third before Philip Sternheimer and Hoenig began their heads-up duel. Sternheimer began with the chip lead and furthered his advantage to a three-to-one lead before Hoeing turned the tide. The Colorado-native began his surge and moved into the chip lead before the long heads-up match finally came to an end in Limit 2-7 Triple Draw with Hoenig patting a queen-jack and Sternheimer drawing to a seven. Unfortunately for Sternheimer, he paired his six and would have to settle for a runner-up finish.

Hoenig earns his second cash for PGT Mixed Games and moves into the lead on the PGT Mixed Games leaderboard. He will take home $232,400 in prize money, 232 PGT points, and the PGT Mixed Games trophy.
