Neil Warren began the final table as one of the shortest stacks, but with a strong performance, he was able to find victory in Event #4 of PGT Last Chance. The win moves Warren even closer to a seat in the PGT $1,000,000 Championship, but he has not secured the spot just yet. With his victory, Warren earned $315,000 and 315 PGT points. That puts him just outside the qualifying top 40 on the season-long leaderboard, but near the top of the PGT Last Chance leaderboard, which would award him a Dream Seat to the tournament as well. It will be a tight race to the finish for Warren to earn his seat, but he is now in position to claim it one way or another.
The day started with fireworks as David Coleman doubled through start-of-day chip leader Landon Tice on the first hand of play. Coleman opened and faced a three-bet from Tice on his left before moving all in. Tice quickly called to put Coleman at risk. Coleman was holding king-queen against Tice’s ace-queen and was well behind, but he made two pair by the river to secure the early double-up.
The fireworks continued as Matthew Wantman was eliminated first at the final table. Wantman moved all in from the small blind with threes, and Warren woke up in the big blind with queens. Warren held to secure the first elimination of the day, while Wantman exited in 7th with $50,400 for his efforts.
Jim Collopy was next to go in 6th when he shoved all in from the big blind against a raise from David Coleman. Coleman was holding aces, and they held against Collopy’s sixes to send him home in 6th place for $63,000. Just one orbit later, Coleman opened under the gun again and faced an all-in jam from Chino Rheem in the big blind. Coleman had aces once again, and they held against Rheem’s ace-five for another elimination. Rheem earned $75,600 for his 5th-place finish.
Sergio Aido found himself short during four-handed play and took a stand with ace-nine, moving all in. Neil Warren looked at pocket eights in the big blind and called to put Aido at risk. Warren found an eight on the flop, and that spelled the end for Aido as he exited in 4th place for $107,100. Start-of-day chip leader Landon Tice went down next after a marathon three-handed battle. Tice got it all in with the best of it in a blind-versus-blind battle against Warren, holding ace-queen against queen-nine, but Warren found a nine, and that was all she wrote for Tice, who took home $138,600 for his run.
Heads-up play started nearly even, but Warren quickly turned the tide. In one of the first massive hands of heads-up play, David Coleman raised on the button and Warren called in the big blind. Both players checked the flop of
, and the
came on the turn. Warren checked, Coleman bet 675,000, and Warren check-raised to 1,400,000. Coleman called to see the
on the river, where Warren moved all in. Coleman thought for some time before calling with
, but it was no good, as Warren was holding
for the nut straight.
From there, play remained relatively stagnant until the final hand. On the last hand, Coleman limped in with three-deuce, and Warren checked his option in the big blind with king-three. Both players flopped trips, and Coleman went bet, bet, jam. Warren improved to a full house by the river and quickly called to eliminate Coleman for his second runner-up finish of the week.
With the win, Warren locked up 315 PGT points and $315,000, and he will look to secure his seat in the PGT Championship with two more events to go in the series.

Things continue to remain interesting on both the 2025 PGT Last Chance leaderboard and the 2025 season-long PGT leaderboard. Today’s shake-ups added even more drama to the race for the final top 40 qualifiers. With his win in the event, Neil Warren moved to the top of the PGT Last Chance leaderboard with 315 points. Both he and Brandon Wilson can move into the season-long leaderboard’s qualifying top 40 with just one more cash, which would open additional seats on the leaderboard. However, as it stands, both Wilson and Warren are currently entering the PGT $1,000,000 Championship with Dream Seats.
Landon Tice moved into 54th place with his finish and will need 157 more PGT points to qualify via the leaderboard, or he will have to sneak into the PGT Last Chance top five to claim his seat.
The remaining players from today’s final table have already qualified for the PGT Championship over the course of the season. David Coleman moved into 20th place with 1,382 PGT points. Matthew Wantman moved into 24th with 1,297 PGT points. Sergio Aido moved into 16th place with 1,477 PGT points.
One of the more interesting movers was Chino Rheem. While Rheem remains in 3rd place on the season-long leaderboard, he has now amassed 2,641 PGT points, which puts him within striking distance of the first-place spot, currently held by Sam Soverel. Should Rheem find a victory in either of the final PGT Last Chance events, he still has a shot to take over the top spot.
