Since rebooting the series earlier this summer, PokerGO has been the home to some of the biggest Poker After Dark action in history. Fans from around the world have seen some of the world’s best and most entertaining players compete in high stakes cash games and sit and go’s, including Tom Dwan’s return to televised poker, a full week of talkative lineups, and three days of heavyweight rumbles.
Through the first month of new Poker After Dark episodes, No Limit Hold’em has been the game of choice, but that all changes next week. Pot Limit Omaha will be played on Poker After Dark for the first time in close to a decade, featuring three $300/$600 Pot Limit Omaha cash game sessions boasting $100,000 minimum buy-ins during “PLOMG” week.
“PLOMG” week begins Tuesday, September 26 and runs through September 28, with the same cast battling for three-straight days of high stakes Pot Limit Omaha action.
Tom Dwan, who captivated PokerGO audiences during “The Return of Tom Dwan” week of Poker After Dark, returns to headline the second two nights of “PLOMG” week action. Dwan played some of the biggest pots in PAD history last month, including this massive aces versus kings pre-flop confrontation.
Phil Galfond, who is one of the world’s best PLO players and won his first-career WSOP bracelet in a $5,000 Pot Limit Omaha in 2008, makes his Poker After Dark reboot debut on Tuesday and will play all three nights, along with Ben Lamb, who won a $25,000 SNG during “Voices Carry” week. Recent Poker Masters $50K Prelim winner Brandon Adams, who played Poker After Dark the last time PLO was featured, along with Dwan and Galfond, also makes his reboot debut.
Brian Rast and Isaac Haxton, who battled during “Rumble with Jungle” week’s $300/$600 No Limit Hold’em cash games, round out the high stakes lineups.
Watch three-days of high stakes Pot Limit Omaha action exclusively on PokerGO, running from Tuesday, September 26 to Thursday, September 28, and until then, relive past Poker After Dark episodes on-demand through PokerGO’s event replay library. Also, stay tuned to Poker Central and PokerGO for features, interviews, content, and more from “PLOMG” week.
Poker After Dark lineups are subject to change.
