The 2025 Poker Masters continued from the PokerGO Studio at ARIA Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, with Event #5: $10,100 No-Limit Hold’em. The tournament drew 112 entries, and Chino Rheem leads the final seven players.

Rheem scored several knockouts late in the evening, including the final one of the night, and secured the overnight chip lead with 40% of the chips in play. He leads a final table that includes Anatoly Nikitin, Daniyal Gheba, Stephen Song, Andrew Lichtenberger, Aram Zobian, and John Riordan. These seven players will return with $44,800 locked up, but all eyes will be on the $280,000 first-place prize, 280 PGT points, and the brand-new Poker Masters Purple Jacket trophy.

The field of 112 entrants created a prize pool of $1,120,000, and the final 16 players earned a piece of it. Nguyen Le was the unfortunate bubble boy when he was forced all-in from the big blind and wasn't able to fade a three-outer on the river against Rheem. Matthew McEwan (16th), Cary Katz (15th), Nick Schulman (14th), Matthew Wantman (13th), Masato Yokosawa (12th), Todd Hovenden (11th), Adam Hendrix (10th), and Joao Simao (9th) were the first to fall in the money.

On the final hand of the night, RJ Sullivan got the rest of his stack in with ace-queen against the deuces of Rheem. The board failed to improve Sullivan, and he was eliminated in eighth place, while the seven remaining players bagged to return for the streamed final table.

Song picked up his fourth cash of the series, and a third-place finish or better will put him atop the series leaderboard in the race for the prestigious Poker Masters Purple Jacket and a $25,000 PGT Passport. Rheem, Nikitin, Lichtenberger, Zobian, and Riordan each picked up their second cash of the series, while Gheba notched his first.
