The Mercier's Make an Announcement

Last fall, Jason Mercier and Natasha Barbour got married and almost a year later, the couple will be expecting their first child. The Mercier’s made the announcement via Instagram and while it wasn’t Beyonce-esque, it was truly one-of-a-kind.

While Natasha reads what looks to be a relatively normal pregnancy book, Mercier, fittingly, is reading “Dude You’re Gonna Be a Dad!”. The third member of the Mercier family, Marshmallow, is also reading up on how to be a good big brother and how to still attend his parents’ final tables.

Marshmallow’s literature likely means that Jason will still be a staple at this year’s World Series of Poker, where he seems to make final tables in his sleep and will enter 2017 defending his Player of the Year title from last year. What the Doritos mean, *thinking emoji*, we don’t know. If they are Natasha’s favorite food, we wouldn’t blame her, Doritos are awesome. 

If Natasha can find time to make a WSOP final table for the third straight year remains to be seen. Their announcement says that the baby is due in October and that should give both Mercier’s plenty of time to get their fair share of summer runs.
