Shaun Deeb is now a seven-time World Series of Poker bracelet winner. Deeb emerged victorious in Event #79: $100,000 Pot-Limit Omaha High Roller to win the $2,957,229 first-place prize and 550 PGT points. With this victory, Deeb rockets to 13th on the PGT leaderboard and is a near-lock to have a seat in the 2025 PGT $1,000,000 Championship.

Deeb's seventh WSOP bracelet means he is tied with Daniel Negreanu, Nick Schulman, Brian Rast, Scott Seiver, Michael Mizrachi, John Hennigan, Billy Baxter, and Men Nguyen for the sixth most WSOP bracelets in poker history. Deeb's seven WSOP bracelets have come in 11 years. He won his first in 2015 in the $10,000 Pot-Limit Hold'em Championship, before winning another the following year in the $1,500 Seven Card Stud. He won two in 2018 in the $25,000 Pot-Limit Omaha High Roller and $10,000 No-Limit Hold'em 6-Handed Championship. He won another $25,000 Pot-Limit Omaha High Roller in 2021 before winning a $1,500 8-Game in 2023.

This score of more $2.95 million is more than double his largest career score, and according to The Hendon Mob, Deeb's lifetime tournament earnings now sit at more than $16,625,000, which puts him 84th on the All-Time Money List.

The inaugural $100,000 Pot-Limit Omaha High Roller attracted a 121-entrant field and created a prize pool of $2,957,229. The final 19 players were in the money, and that included Lou Garza, Bryce Yockey, Daniel Negreanu, Sam Soverel, Nick Schulman, Aaron Katz, and Ben Lamb, prior to the final seven bagging up for the final table. Isaac Haxton held the chip lead and was closely followed by Deeb, who immediately pulled into the chip lead before Arthur Morris took his turn at the top. Sean Rafael was then eliminated in seventh place when he had aces-up but lost to Haxton's straight.

Phil Ivey fell in fifth place when he was all-in against Haxton. Ivey finished with two pair, but it wasn't enough against Haxton's top set. Lautaro Guerra fell in fourth place when he was all-in with aces against Haxton's straight draw. Haxton filled his straight and took a commanding chip lead into three-handed play. Deeb found a massive double through Morris to leave the Texan with a handful of big blinds. The next hand, Morris was all-in and outdrawn by Deeb as he would enter heads-up play with a three-to-four disadvantage against Haxton.

Deeb won a huge pot to surge into a commanding chip lead, and although Haxton fought back, his run would end in second place. Haxton was all-in with pocket kings on a jack-high flop against Deeb's pocket queens and a flush draw. Deeb improved with a spade on the river to secure his seventh WSOP bracelet after two runner-up finishes, and a third-place finish prior to this win this series.
