Las Vegas, NV (January 3, 2022) — The 2022 season of the PokerGO Tour™74; kicks off on Wednesday, January 5, at The Venetian Las Vegas.
The Venetian played host to several events in the PGT’s first season, and the luxurious casino resort located in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip is where the highly anticipated second season of the PokerGO Tour will begin. The first event on the schedule is a $10,000 buy-in high roller, part of a series of four high roller tournaments from January 5-8.
In addition to the opening quartet of events at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas, the first half of the 2022 PGT season includes the all-new Stairway To Millions, PokerGO Cup, PokerGO Heads-Up Championship, ARIA High Rollers, Super High Roller Bowl Russia presented by Luxon Pay, U.S. Poker Open, and the star-studded Super High Roller Bowl VII.
Scheduled to begin on May 27, the Super High Roller Bowl VII will be held at the state-of-the-art PokerGO Studio at ARIA Resort & Casino in fabulous Las Vegas. The event has an extraordinary $300,000 buy-in leading to a multi-million dollar first-place prize.

Featuring only poker tournaments with buy-ins of $10,000 or greater, the PGT is poker’s most exclusive tour, celebrating the most elite professional poker players in a similar fashion to the ranking systems of the world’s most renowned professional sports. Players that compete in PGT events earn points to rank on a season-long leaderboard. The player to finish the season with the most leaderboard points will be crowned the PGT Player of the Year. New for 2022, the top six point earners will face off in a special end-of-season tournament with starting chip stacks determined by the number of points earned throughout the season.
In its inaugural season in 2021, the PGT attracted more than 17,600 entries and awarded more than $262,000,000 in prize money across nearly 150 tournaments. Ali Imsirovic was crowned 2021 PokerGO Tour Player of the Year and was awarded a $200,000 prize. Michael Addamo finished second for $100,000, and Sean Perry placed third for $50,000.
