Welcome to the PokerGO Studio at ARIA Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, for Day 1 of Super High Roller Bowl VI.
The Super High Roller Bowl is the longest-running highest buy-in tournament in the world which began in July 2015 when Brian Rast won the inaugural $500,000 buy-in Super High Roller Bowl for $7,525,000. Champions to follow in Rast’s footsteps included Rainer Kempe, Christoph Vogelsang, Justin Bonomo, and most recently, Isaac Haxton in December 2018. The Super High Roller Bowl has also expanded internationally to Macau, London, Bahamas, Australia, Russia, and most recently North Cyprus where Wiktor Malinowski joined Bonomo, Cary Katz, Daniel Dvoress, and Timothy Adams as Super High Roller Bowl World champions.
Justin Bonomo stands alone on the top of all the Super High Roller Bowl statistics with three victories, five total cashes, and more than $12.7 million in winnings. The only other player with multiple Super High Roller Bowl victories is Timothy Adams who won in Australia and Russia to open 2020. David Peters cashed for the fourth time in North Cyprus to sit second behind Bonomo, while Vogelsang, Adams, Erik Seidel, and Stephen Chidwick are all tied for three Super High Roller Bowl cashes.
Players will begin with 300,000 in starting chips and levels are 90-minutes in duration with a 10-minute break after every level and the 30-second poker shot clock is in play with players receiving nine 30-second time extensions each day. Day 1 will play six levels, while Day 2 will play down to the final table of seven with a winning crowned on the final day.
This tournament is part of the PokerGO Tour with players earning points based on the amount they cash for. The full PokerGO Tour schedule can be found here, and the current PokerGO Tour presented by Guaranteed Rate leaderboard is available here.
