While Poker After Dark was absent from last week’s PokerGO streaming schedule, there was plenty of high stakes action throughout the weekend. The World Poker Tour crowned another millionaire on Thursday, when Dennis Blieden won the LAPC Main Event for $1 million, and then two ARIA High Roller Series events streamed on Friday and Saturday.

After debuting in October of last year, this weekend was the first PokerGO fans have seen of the ARIA High Roller Series in 2018. Those streams featured some of the world’s best high stakes tournament players, including U.S. Poker Open Champion Stephen Chidwick.

The British High Roller held the chip lead going into the final table of the $10,000 High Roller, but he couldn’t find his way back to the ARIA winner’s circle. Instead, it was Jake Schindler, who finished 2nd in both the Super High Roller Bowl and the USPO $50,000 Main Event, that took home the title, thanks to this call.

The $25K High Roller final table, that streamed on Saturday, featured former GPI Player of the Year David Peters. While Chidwick wasn’t able to turn his start of day chip lead into a victory, Peters was. The 2016 POY booked another ARIA win, after taking down the final $25,000 event of the U.S. Poker Open.

Both ARIA High Roller Series final tables are waiting to be streamed on-demand on PokerGO. Subscribe now to relive the ARIA HRS action and to watch Gus Hansen, Ben Lamb, Matt Kirk, Brian Rast, and more play during this week’s Poker After Dark cash games.
