Day 3 and Day 4 of the 2012 World Series of Poker Main Event arrive all at once to PokerGO. The field purges from over 1,700 to 282 by the time the action is complete. It’s two days filled with poker action that has to be seen to be believed and is now available exclusively on PokerGO.

Play opens on Day 3 with a spectacular feature table of Daniel Negreanu and Antonio Esfandiari. Negreanu makes an abbreviated run in 2012 that leads up to his 2015 journey to 11th place.

Esfandiari and Negreanu are both on Poker After Dark in a few days in “Open House” week.

The secondary tables are no picnic with future poker streamer superstar Jason Somerville leading the action. The bracelet winner is at the infancy of his poker fame and uses a deep Main Event run to fuel his rise to the top of the Twitch charts.

Sitting next to Somerville is Mike Dentale. Before he became one of poker’s ‘villains,’ Dentale is just another mouthy New Yorker trying to do some Main Event damage. Dentale gets stuck in a monster cooler and creates a scene in the aftermath. 2012 is a precursor to Dentale’s legendary appearance in “Talk the Talk” week on Poker After Dark.

Another memorable hand picks up on the outer table between Henry Tran and Ben Alcober. In a hand that either sets poker back 10 years or advances it in the same direction, Alcober and Tran play a pot that gets to the river with the winner holding just bottom pair. That’s not all we see from Tran. He also causes a stir at the feature table on Day 4 thanks to some William Kassouf-esque tactics.

Hollywood is alive and well in 2012 at the Main Event and Kevin Pollak is the representative from Los Angeles on the feature table. Pollak’s ‘Polar Bear’ story is worth another watch as he entertains while simultaneously chipping up.

The bubble is beyond surreal in 2012. Four all-ins at once and extreme bad beats leading players to breakdowns is unlike anything ever seen before in the Main Event.

There are more than a few big names that show up in the eight episodes including Vanessa Selbst, Johnny Chan, Paul Volpe, and Super High Roller entrant Ben Tollerene.

The Day 3 and Day 4 action is all available on PokerGO with an eight-episode load well worth the binge. Subscribe to PokerGO today for access to the World Series of Poker and upcoming Super High Roller Bowl.
