Global Poker Awards “Breakout Player of the Year” winner Ali Imsirovic is on a tear that has him near the top of the High Roller of the Year standings. The reigning Poker Masters champion picked up his third HROY victory on Thursday, winning the $10,000 No Limit Hold’em event for $102,480. Imsirovic beat a 24-player field and left the PokerGO Studio with 100 more points to add to his 2019 campaign.

A week removed from the above headline, those additional HROY points move Insirovic over Stephen Chidwick for the 4th spot. Sean Winter, David Peters, and Cary Katz remained in an unchanged top-three. Seth Davies recorded his sixth cash of 2019, increasing his point total to 380. That figure is good for a move to 6th overall, improving Davies position inside the top-ten.
