LS Series

PGT manufactures Si(Li) detectors in a variety of cryostat configurations for XRF and microanalysis applications. A wide variety of crystal sizes, window types and thicknesses and high rate preamplifiers make these detectors the ideal choice for your next system.

IGX Series

The HPGe IGX series of detectors are the most versatile solid state high resolution detectors available on the market. IGX detectors are manufactured in a wide variety of thicknesses and active areas and are suitable for almost any XRF or other industrial application. PGT pioneered anti-microphonic mounting for germanium detectors.

Sahara Silicon Drift Detectors

Liquid nitrogen, or other large compressor style coolers are no longer required to achieve high resolution X-ray spectroscopy. Sahara SDD detectors utilize Peltier cooling for almost immediate cool-down and operation. The 10 mm2 active area and resolutions of < 129 eV make Sahara SDDs a viable option to traditional Si(Li) detectors.
