Service Agreements Save $, Guarantee Performance

Looking for a hassle-free way to keep your system operating at peak performance? Do you need to budget for maintenance and repairs in advance? Is your application mission-critical and require minimum downtime?
A PGT service agreement might be just what you need.

A service agreement affords you additional protection for maintenance and service after your warranty period expires.

What's covered?

Our Standard Service Agreement includes:

  • On site service calls
  • A preventive maintenance visit
  • In house repairs for the detector
  • Software upgrades installed during your service visit.

How does it work?

When notified of a malfunction of an instrument, we will first attempt to help solve the problem immediately over the phone. If the analysis PC has web access, we can even run remote diagnostics. If required, a field service engineer may be dispatched to the customer's site to perform an evaluation and repair of the problem.


Any parts related to the problem will be replaced at no additional expense. In addition, all labor, travel and living expenses incurred during the visit will be included by the terms of the service agreement.

Detector failure, other than externally caused problems, will be returned for a factory repair.
